Getting Started

How do I create a Quantal account?+
Visit quantal.io/register and fill in your name, email address, and a secure password. You'll receive a verification email within a few minutes.
What is KYC and why is it required?+
KYC (Know Your Customer) is a regulatory requirement that verifies your identity. It unlocks withdrawals and higher investment limits. The process takes under 5 minutes.
Which countries are supported?+
Quantal is available in over 60 countries. A full list is provided during registration. Some features may be restricted in certain jurisdictions.

Deposits & Withdrawals

What payment methods are accepted?+
We currently accept bank transfer (SWIFT/SEPA) and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20). Additional payment methods are added regularly.
How long do deposits take?+
Bank transfers typically settle within 1–3 business days. USDT deposits are credited after 12 network confirmations, usually within 30 minutes.
Are there deposit or withdrawal fees?+
Quantal does not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal fees depend on the method: bank transfers are free, while USDT withdrawals incur a small network fee.
What is the minimum deposit amount?+
The minimum deposit is $50 for new accounts. There is no maximum deposit limit.

Copy Trading

How does copy trading work?+
When you copy a trader, a portion of your allocated funds mirrors that trader's positions proportionally in real time. You earn or lose in proportion to their performance.
What is the minimum allocation to copy a trader?+
The minimum allocation per trader is $50. You can copy multiple traders simultaneously with separate allocations.
Can I stop copying a trader at any time?+
Yes. Navigate to My Copies, select the trader, and tap "Stop Copy". Your allocated funds are returned to your wallet balance immediately.
How is the copy trading fee structured?+
Quantal charges a 10% performance fee on profits generated through copy trading. There are no flat subscription fees.

Investment Plans

What are managed investment plans?+
Managed plans are fixed-duration investment products that generate returns based on a stated annual rate. Plans range from 30 to 365 days.
When can I request a payout?+
Payout requests become available once your plan reaches its maturity date. Navigate to My Investments and tap "Request Payout" on any matured plan.
Are returns guaranteed?+
Investment plan returns are based on projected rates and are not guaranteed. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Please invest only what you can afford to lose.

Security

How does Quantal protect my funds?+
Client funds are held in segregated accounts with regulated custodians. We use 256-bit AES encryption, TLS 1.3 for data in transit, and two-factor authentication.
What should I do if I suspect unauthorised access?+
Immediately change your password and contact support@quantal.io. We can freeze your account within minutes of a report.
Does Quantal offer two-factor authentication?+
Yes. 2FA via authenticator app can be enabled from your Profile page. We strongly recommend all users enable it.
