By accessing or using the Quantal platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Quantal reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet our requirements.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify Quantal immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Quantal will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials.
As a regulated financial services provider, Quantal is required by law to verify the identity of all users ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC"). By accepting these Terms, you agree to provide the documentation required to complete verification. Failure to complete KYC may result in restrictions on your account, including the inability to deposit or withdraw funds.
All investments involve risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Copy trading performance depends on the actions of third-party traders and does not guarantee profits. Managed investment plans are subject to market risk and projected returns are not guaranteed. You should carefully consider your investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial situation before investing.
Quantal charges a 10% performance fee on profits generated through copy trading. Investment plan fees are disclosed individually for each plan before subscription. Quantal does not charge fees for deposits. Withdrawal fees may apply depending on the payment method selected. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days' written notice to users.
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for money laundering or other illegal activities; (b) manipulate market prices or engage in wash trading; (c) attempt to circumvent security measures; (d) reverse-engineer or reproduce any part of the Platform; (e) use automated scripts without written consent from Quantal; or (f) impersonate any person or entity. Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and data feeds, is owned by or licensed to Quantal and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quantal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to investment losses, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
